Refund Policy

We'd rather you only pay for something you actually find useful. Our refund policy is simple:
1. 14-day refund, no questions asked
If you're not happy with your Organizer subscription, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — just reply to your receipt email or contact hello@conference-ratings.com.
2. Cancel anytime
Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel at any moment from your billing page. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't claw anything back.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges aren't refundable once the new period has started — cancel before the renewal date to avoid them. We'll consider exceptions for billing mistakes (e.g. a renewal right after you tried to cancel) — just reach out.
4. Sponsored placements
One-off promoted placements are refundable until the placement goes live; once live, they're non-refundable.
5. How refunds are processed
All payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
